Welcome to Pixelogy. By purchasing a plan or accessing the Pixelogy AI Bootcamp, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please review them before completing your purchase.

2. License and Use

Your selected plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the bootcamp and use its learning materials for your personal education during the stated access period.

• You MAY use what you learn to create personal or commercial projects.
• You MAY NOT share account access or copy, resell, publish, or redistribute course materials.
• You MAY NOT claim Pixelogy lessons, prompts, templates, or original resources as your own.

3. Intellectual Property

All original lessons, videos, designs, prompts, templates, and resources provided through the bootcamp are owned by Pixelogy or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

4. Refunds and Returns

Plan duration, pricing, renewal terms, and included access are shown at checkout. If a plan renews automatically, you may cancel before the next billing date to avoid a future charge. Please review our Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pixelogy provides educational content and does not guarantee earnings, employment, client results, platform performance, or business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Pixelogy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the bootcamp or third-party AI tools.
